This bot handles the day-to-day support and membership flow of a server. Staff can open tickets so that member requests land in a private place instead of a public channel, and they can set up webhooks that post messages into chosen channels. Custom alerts let staff decide what gets announced and where, so important events reach the right channel without anyone posting them by hand.

New members are greeted with a welcome message when they join. The bot also assigns roles automatically when someone links their game service account, so verified members get the access that matches their status without a staff member doing it manually. That keeps role assignment consistent and saves moderators from repeated checks.

Most of the setup is done once by staff: choosing the channels for tickets, alerts and welcomes, and deciding which roles are handed out on verification. After that, members interact with the bot through normal server activity, and staff step in only when a ticket needs an answer. Permissions follow what the bot is given in each channel, so it should be invited with access to the channels and roles it manages.
