Ticket System

Ticket System is a support bot built around button-based panels rather than typed commands. Staff set up panels in a support channel, and members click a button to open a private ticket instead of messaging staff directly. The bot is described as having two panels: one for general support tickets and one for budget or quote requests, so members can pick the path that matches what they need.

When someone opens a ticket, the bot creates a private channel where the member and the staff role can talk. Staff handle the conversation there, and the ticket can be closed when the issue is resolved. Because the bot works per server, each server keeps its own panels, ticket channels and settings, so configuration in one place does not affect another.

Setup is done by staff: placing the panels in a channel and choosing which staff role sees and answers tickets. Members only interact with the buttons, which keeps the process simple for people who are not familiar with commands. There are no slash commands to learn, so the whole flow runs through the panel components.
