Deepcity Tickets

Deepcity Tickets is a ticket bot for servers that take applications. Members open a ticket when they want to apply for a staff position, a whitelist spot, or a criminal role, and the bot creates a private text channel for that request. Each new ticket starts with a generated message written in Swedish, so the applicant sees the questions or instructions in the right language without staff typing them out each time.

Staff handle the ticket inside that private channel. Access is limited to the roles configured for the bot, so only those roles can use the ticket command and see the requests that come in. Other members do not see the channel or its contents, which keeps applications between the applicant and the reviewing team.

The setup is role-based: an owner picks which staff roles are allowed to work with tickets, and the bot applies that restriction to its command. Applications for different purposes all arrive as tickets, with the generated Swedish text matching the type of request. Server owners who run a roleplay community and want applications handled in one place can use it to keep those requests out of public channels and in a single, private queue for staff to review.
