This bot handles support tickets inside a Discord server. Members open a ticket when they need help, and the bot creates a private channel where the conversation continues out of public view. Staff then work the ticket from that channel, keeping requests organized instead of scattered across general chat.

Staff have a set of ticket actions. They can close a ticket when the issue is resolved, claim one to show they are handling it, and unclaim it to put it back in the queue for someone else. A rename action lets staff change the ticket channel name, with emoji allowed in the new name so tickets are easier to scan at a glance. An add action brings another person into the ticket channel, which is useful when a second staff member or the original requester needs access.

The bot is aimed at servers that receive a steady flow of member questions and want a clear record of who handled what. Setup typically involves a staff role and a category where ticket channels are created, and the bot needs permission to manage channels in that category. Day-to-day, members only see their own ticket, while staff see the queue and the actions available on each one.
