Ticket System

Ticket System is a support bot built around a small set of ticket categories: support, bugs, reports, and contact staff. Members open a ticket in the category that matches their issue, and the bot creates a private space for that conversation instead of letting requests pile up in a public channel. Each category keeps its own queue, so staff can see at a glance whether a new item is a bug report or a general question.

When a ticket is opened, the bot pings the staff roles assigned to that category. That means the right people are notified without anyone watching a channel all day, and members get a clear signal that their request has been seen. Staff handle the conversation inside the ticket and close it when the issue is resolved.

Every ticket produces a transcript, which is saved to a separate channel kept for records. Staff can look back at what was discussed after the ticket is closed, without reopening it or asking the member to repeat themselves. The bot is intended for servers where requests need a defined path and a written history, rather than an open help channel.
