This bot handles support tickets inside a Discord server. When a member needs help, they open a ticket and the bot creates a private space where they can describe the issue and talk it through with staff. The exchange stays out of the public channels, so personal details and back-and-forth troubleshooting do not clutter the rest of the server.

For members, the process is simple: start a ticket, explain the problem, and wait for a reply. For staff, the bot keeps incoming requests in one place instead of scattered direct messages, so whoever is on duty can pick up a ticket and respond. Each ticket is its own conversation, which makes it easier to follow a single issue from start to finish.

The bot is aimed at servers that already take support questions and want a tidier way to manage them. It works alongside a staff role and a support channel, and it reports problems it encounters so an administrator can look into them. Setup is a matter of deciding where tickets should go and which role should see them.
